Enjoy swimming during pregnancy

Since we are weightless in the water, swimming is a low-impact exercise for healthy women which can safely & comfortably continue throughout the pregnancy.
I do really enjoy swimming & it,
- Helps to keep my body cool
- Brings a better sleep
- Relieves nausea
- Relives back pain, lower limb swelling & discomfort
- This will lead to an easy, smooth labor delivery
After enjoying a good swim, I feel so relaxed, enthusiastic, calm & very relief.
For safety side, it is advised to consult the doctor or midwife before taking any exercise lessons during pregnancy.
