Hello Friends, How are you? Today I am going to tell you how I walked during pregnancy.

Walking is a great way to exercise for a pregnant lady. Purposely I do not allocate separate time to walk. Hence, on my regular journey to the office, I get off a few stops early from the vehicle & use to walk to the office.
For day-to-day requirements, Iโm always on my foot for shorter distances.
Walking makes me feel better by giving me the opportunity to interact with various people who update me about the present & situations, I can feel the fresh air & which makes me relaxed.
Walking is a meditation for me and I do really enjoy it a lot. try to walk regularly during pregnancy.
