For healthy pregnant women, it is an enjoyable & low-impact way to exercise.
For the safe side, it is advised to consult the physician or midwife before taking dancing or any other exercise lessons.
However dancing will help,

- Improve the working of our heart & lungs
For me, dancing to my favorite music is,
- Reduce anxious feelings
- Make me glow with happiness
- Diminishes all of my negative state of mind
