Is dancing safe during pregnancy?

OH Yes!!

For healthy pregnant women, it is an enjoyable & low-impact way to exercise.
For the safe side, it is advised to consult the physician or midwife before taking dancing or any other exercise lessons.

However dancing will help,

  • Keep us flexible
  • Strengthen our muscles
  • Improve the working of our heart & lungs

For me, dancing to my favorite music is,

  • Reduce anxious feelings
  • Make me glow with happiness
  • Diminishes all of my negative state of mind

Ultimately I feel so peaceful & relaxed!
